DATE : 24-04-2025 The applicant moved this application to modify the order dated 26-11-2024 regarding the imposition of the costs for entertaining the application for restoration of Criminal Application (APL) No.1110/2019. He has also restricted his prayer to the extent of reducing the costs only. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears for respondent Nos. 1,2, and 4 do not object to the application. 3.

Considering the short issue to the extent that the petitioner seeks to reduce the costs imposed by the order dated 26.11.2024, we see no reason to issue notices to nonapplicant Nos. 3 and 5. 4.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicant, we deem it appropriate to reduce the costs imposed by order dated 26.11.2024 to the extent of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) instead of

2 appp2278.24.odt Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) by modifying the order dated 26-11-2024. The costs be deposited with the Raman Science Centre and Planetarium, Subhash Road, Empress City, Nagpur, Maharashtra-440018. The applicant is permitted to pay the costs to the said Association by NEFT/RTGS or any other online mode of payment, permissible in law. The bank details of the said Raman Science Centre, Nagpur are as under :
