Considering the prayer clause (c), we are of the opinion that without issuing notice to the respondent nos.3 and 4 - the Management and the School, the petition can be disposed of. 3.
The petitioner is working as Peon with respondent no.5. The contention is that there are two vacant posts of Junior Clerk out of which 50% ought to have been fill-in from promotion in the wake of Government Resolution dated 04.04.2025. It is further contended that the respondent no.4 - Management is not initiating the process for filling-up those posts of Junior Clerk. The representation is also made before the respondent no.5 - Deputy Director of Education but nothing has been done in this regard.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government
913 wp7937.25.odt Pleader for the respondent nos.1,2 and 5, we direct the respondent no.5 - Deputy Director of Education to take cognizance of letter / representation dated 28.05.2025 of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within four weeks from today.

In the abovesaid terms, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
