The challenge in this petition is to the order of detention dated 22nd October, 2019, passed under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Dangerous Persons, Video Pirates, Sand Smugglers and persons engaged in Blackmarketing of Essential Commodities Act, 1981. 3.

We have gone through the order impugned which is passed upon the material available on record. We are not sitting in appeal challenging the satisfaction reached by the competent authority. No interference is called for.
