Heard Mr. Khapre, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Thakre, Advocate for petitioner. According to learned Senior Advocate, though, the respondents have given time of one year to the petitioner to remove deficiencies to continue the approval, again, show cause notice dated 4.11.2025 was issued and called upon to attend the office on 18.11.2025. Learned Senior Advocate further states that in view of the order dated 10.6.2025, calling upon the petitioner to remove the deficiencies, show cause notice dated 4.11.2025 should not have been issued.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No. 1, who has issued the show cause notice to consider the order dated 10.6.2025 and pass necessary order. Needless to mention, if any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, same shall not take effect for 15 days from the date of the order. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
