In short, it is his submission that encroachment has been made on the open space and the issue could have been very well addressed by respondent No.6, but the same has not been done. 03.

Since, the issue can be resolved by respondent No.6, we direct respondent No.6 to consider the notice dated 28/02/2025 issued at the instance of the petitioner, which is at Page 44 and decide the issue raised therein within a period of eight weeks from production of this order. 04.

In the above terms, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
