In the facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find that any case is made out for exercise of jurisdiction under Articles 226 or 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Authority under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
All the questions raised in the present petition are kept open.
