This is an application for grant of bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and on perusal of the investigation papers it reveals that six girls are sexually harassed by the present applicant allegedly. At this stage, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Considering the nature of the offence, the trial Court shall expedite the trial.

The applicant is at liberty to move to this Court after six months if trial is not commenced. 5.

The application is disposed of.
