Heard Mr. Deogade, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Khan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State. Also perused the detailed reply filed on behalf of the prosecution and all investigation papers. When the Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr. Deogade, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the learned counsel for applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal.

Needless to mention, the interim order granted by this Court on 02.01.2020 stands vacated.
