DATED : 03-03-2023 The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent 1 is not taking any decision on the complaint dated 08-6-2018 and the representation dated 29-6-2018 (Annexures 8 and 9 to the petition).

The learned Counsel for the appropriate authority Mr. S.V. Sohoni assures that within the next four weeks the petitioner shall be heard and appropriate decision shall be taken on the complaints-cum-representation referred to supra.
