DATE : 09.04.2025 On instructions, learned Counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition as it was filed when the elections had just been undertaken and Ministry Portfolios have not been allocated that is the post was vacant and in view thereof, he could not challenge, though remedy of appeal was there before the State Government. The petitioner seeks direction to the State Government to consider his application for condonation of delay, in view of this peculiar facts. As such, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

The petitioner to file appeal within a period of two weeks from today before the State Government along with
