Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

By this application, the applicants/petitioners are seeking permission to condone the delay caused in bringing the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 4 on record.

It is submitted that the respondent Nos.1 and 4 are reported to be dead. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 4 are already brought on record before the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 opposed the same on the ground that there is no formal application to that effect.

Considering the fact that the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 4 are already brought on record before the learned Trial Court, permission is granted to

21 CAW-2733-2025 bring the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1 and 4 on record in this petition as well.

In view thereof, the application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO.6480 OF 2019 7.

Petitioners to carry out the amendment within a period of one week from today.
