DATED : 10th July, 2019 The petitioner was appointed as Shikshan Sevak on 30.06.20003 against a post reserved for Scheduled Tribes category. The petitioner in her application also stated that she belongs to "Halba" Scheduled Tribe category. The petitioner completed three years' service as Shikshan Sevak and was thereafter appointed as an Assistant Teacher on 07.08.2006 on probation for a period of two years. This appointment of the petitioner was shown against the Special Backward Class category and, accordingly, the Education Officer also granted approval to her appointment on 13.10.2006. The petitioner continued in service till today and is also getting regular salary from the State Exchequer as the School is being run on grant-in-aid basis. We fail to understand the cause of action for

10.07.WP.8040.17 filing this petition. The petitioner is neither terminated nor the approval granted on 13.10.2006 has been revoked. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for failure to disclose the cause of action. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge if any adverse action is taken against her.
