After hearing learned counsel for parties and when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, looking to seriousness of accusations made in the prosecution case, learned counsel Shri S.V.Sirpurkar for applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application. 3.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn. 4.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons for rejection of the application.
