By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 55 days in preferring statutory appeal under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2023.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the period of delay coupled with no substance in the objection of respondent no.1, we find that the delay in preferring statutory appeal can be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
