We are of the view that fifty per cent of the amount deposited in this Court in pursuance of the order passed on 22nd March, 2017 can be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent-claimant and accordingly, this application is partly allowed.

The respondent is permitted to withdraw the fifty per cent of the amount deposited in this Court on his furnishing an usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar [Judicial].
