Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. He has been convicted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A(I)(i), 323 of Indian Penal Code and for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Maximum substantive sentence is three years and total fine of Rs.10,500/-. Appellant claims to have deposited the fine amount.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. ________ OF 2019 As per order dated 4th December, 2019, the
21-apeal appellant has been granted one month time by the learned trial Judge to bring appropriate orders from this Court. This time is about to expire. The maximum sentence is of three years. Applicant was on bail during trial. There is grievance that he has misused the liberty. Hence, the order.
ORDER
i.
The substantive sentence passed by the Additional Sessions Judge is suspended till final disposal of the appeal on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. ii.
The appellant shall not threaten the prosecution witness.
iii.
The Criminal Application is disposed off.
