Complaint bearing No. 201/2017 preferred by the petitioner under Section 18 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 is still not decided by the Authority.

Considering the fact that the prayer made in the petition is innocuous, we direct the respondent no.1 to decide Complaint No. 201 of 2017 within a period of twelve weeks from today. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the Authority within a period of one week from today.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
