The applicant herein has sought to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 04-05-2018 in L.A.C.No.229/2013.

The applicant claims that he is agriculturist and he had no source of income to pay the Court fee and file the appeal. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application which in my view constitute the sufficient ground for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned.

Appeal be listed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

5.

Stand over after three weeks.
