Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A challenge in this petition is to the suspension order issued by the respondent-authority on 03.04.2023. According to the petitioner, the same is contrary to the subsequent Government Resolution (GR) dated 22.04.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to page 22, which contains the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2025, wherein he has requested the respondents to revoke the suspension.

Since the said representation is not decided till date, we direct the respondent-authority to decide the representation dated 13.01.2025, in light of the subsequent GR dated 22.04.2025 within six weeks from today. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
