As per the office note, no steps are taken for supplying copies even granting sufficient time. Today, in each matters there is default of more than 5 times, which is an indicator that the petitioners in the above

//2// matters are not willing to serve the notice upon the unserved respondents for which copies are not supplied as yet. Due to non-supply of copies, till today, notices could not be issued against the particular respondents and the matters are still pending.

In view of the above, following order would meet the ends of justice.

O R D E R

Two weeks time is granted in the interest of justice for supplying copies as last chance. On failure to supply copies within three weeks, the matter would be dismissed against the particular respondents against whom copies are not supplied, in view of Chapter XVII Rule 7 (iii) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, without further reference to the Court of Registrar (Judicial).
