Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A prayer is made to direct conducting of enquiry in illegal transfer of the land. Be that as may, we have gone through the record. The question is of the locus of the petitioner. The pleadings would clearly reveal that the petitioner has no locus to pray for such direction. 3.
