The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before us a copy of the communication received by the petitioner from the respondent on 22.08.2019. Same is taken on record and it is collectively marked as document "X". Annexed to the communication dated 28.02.2019 there is an order passed by the Director of Railway Board that the charges levelled against the petitioner not being grave enough, would not warrant any further action and accordingly the charges against him have been dropped.

In view of above development, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and it is disposed of as such.
