Heard Shri A.M.Jaltare, learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel has submitted that transit pass was not found and not in possession of the present applicant, therefore, he is not responsible.

Shri H.D.Dubey, learned APP has strongly objected the application. He has pointed out the application dated 30.6.2018 issued by the District Mining Officer, Collector Office, Yavatmal. From this letter, it appears that the invoice receipt No. 2526 vide invoice No.3965269 verified from the website. It was found that the said receipt was for the year 22.6.2018 and the same was again used on 26.6.2018, therefore, custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary about the fabrication of false use of the document. Therefore, he is not entitled for protection. Hence, application is rejected.
