Heard Shri S.D. Khati, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri A.T. Purohit, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Shri N. Kalwaghe, learned counsel for respondent No. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have already filed an Appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai and, therefore, now this petition has been rendered redundant.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of as redundant. No order as to costs.

Leave to withdraw the amount of Rs.11,86,000/- (Rs. Eleven lakh and eighty six thousand only) deposited in this Court, is granted to the petitioners.
