CORAM : R.K.DESHPANDE AND M.G.GIRATKAR, JJ.

DATE : APRIL 13, 2018.

Challenge is to the order of externment for a period of two years passed on 20th May, 2017 against the petitioner. Same was challenged in appeal under Section 60 of the Bombay Police Act and it was dismissed on 25th September, 2017 and hence, both these orders are subject-matter of challenge in this petition. With the assistance of the learned counsel of the parties, we have gone through the order impugned. The order is based upon the material available on record to the effect that the action is required to be taken against the petitioner. We do not find any reason to interfere. The Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
