O R D E R

(Passed on 14th December, 2019) The applicant/appellant - Insurance Co. has filed present civil application along with miscellaneous civil application seeking restoration of first appeal of which registration came to be refused for non-compliance of office objections on 05.08.2014. The appellant wants to settle the matter and has filed a separate pursis. He therefore, requests for restoration of first appeal. Since the appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is restored and disposed of as settled. Pending civil applications also stand disposed of.

Court fee be refunded as per Rules.
