DATED : FEBRUARY 05, 2020 Mr. A.S. Dhore, learned counsel for the appellant submits that investigating agency has filed charge-sheet before the Court below. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the trial Court. He submits that on 27.12.2019 interim protection was granted by Vacation Court in favour of the appellant. He prays for continuation of said protection for 15 days. The criminal appeal is disposed of with liberty to file application for bail before the trial Court. If such application is moved within a period of 15 days from today, interim protection granted on 27.12.2019 shall remain in existence for next 15 days from today.
