At the outset, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh after filing of the charge-sheet. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application afresh before the Court below after filing of the charge-sheet which will be the change in circumstance.
