Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the applications. It appears that crossobjector No.1-Pramod Deolal Borde reported to be dead. The legal representatives of cross-objector No.1-Pramod Deolal Borde have filed this application. There is a delay in filing application for bringing the legal representatives on record as well as setting aside the abatement. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. The delay is condoned and abatement, if any, is set aside. The legal representatives of cross-objector No.1, be brought on record within two weeks. Necessary amendment be carried out in the meanwhile.

The State has filed the First Appeal No.688/2011 and therefore necessary amendment be carried out in the memo of appeal by the appellant as per the order passed in

In view of above, all civil applications are disposed of.
