Challenge is to the action on the part of respondent authorities in issuing corrigendum by which date of approval has been changed. We have gone through the record. 3.

Considering the prayer made, we direct respondent authorities to decide the prayer treating present petition as a representation. We further direct respondent No. 1 to treat this petition as representation and decide it within eight weeks after production of copy of this order by the petitioner. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 4.

Petition is disposed of.
