The issue involved in this petition is regarding grant of compassionate appointment. Since the issue is pending before the respondent No.2, the same can be directed to be decided within a time-bound period.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 22nd November, 2018 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
