The investigation is in progress. Charge-sheet is yet to be filed. Mr. Londhe, learned counsel for applicant submits that since Court is not granting relief of bail, he wishes to withdraw present application. He submits that liberty be granted to applicant to file bail application afresh before the Court below, after filing of the charge-sheet. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application afresh after filing of the charge-sheet, which will be a change in circumstance.
