DATED : 15-01-2025 The limited grievance raised in the petition is, that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, is not deciding the IA No. 2062/2024 filed by the present petitioner in Miscellaneous Application No. 182/2024 one way or the other. We therefore, dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.1, the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur to decide IA No. 2062/2024 in Miscellaneous Application No. 184/2024 within a period of four weeks from today.
