The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 18 days caused in filing the appeal, for which learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has objected. Though respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 6 are served, none appear on their behalf. 4.
Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, I do not find substance in the objection of learned counsel for respondent No. 3. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay of 18 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered. FIRST APPEAL ST 26911 OF 2017 Heard. Issue notice to respondents, returnable after six weeks.
