In view of the orders dated 15th September, 2022 delivered in Writ Petition Nos.3249/2020 and 1579/2021, Writ Petition No.4748/2024 dated 22nd August, 2024 and Writ Petition No.5529/2024 dated 18th September, 2024, we deem it appropriate to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 13th December, 2024. 3.

We direct the respondent no.2-District Collector, Amravati to decide the claim of renewal of the lease for drawing minor minerals expeditiously and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order in accordance with law and after having regard to the orders referred supra delivered by the High Court. Let the decision be communicated to the petitioner on the issue of renewal of lease by the said time limit.
