DATE : 5.3.2018 1] Petitioner has approached this Court, praying for categorization of the Petitioner and if he has completed the sentence in the category in which he would be put in, his premature release.

2] Mr. Ghodeswar, learned APP states that, the proposal regarding categorization and premature release of the Petitioner is forwarded by the competent authority and the same is pending before the State Government. 3] We dispose of the Petition with a direction to the Respondents to decide the proposal with regard to Petitioner's categorization and premature release as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from today.

4] Fees of the Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner is quantified at Rs 1500/-.
