At the outset, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a representation before the respondent authorities, on the ground that subsequently, he has procured the document (pg. 24), which would support his case. It is his specific case that he has passed HSSC (12th) standard examination.

Be that as it may, if the representation is made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities are directed to decide the representation, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
