Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicant Nos. 1-b and 1-c have already withdrawn the amount, and the applicant No.1-a has not withdrawn the amount deposited in this Court. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that in view of the compensation amount is deposited in this Court, he has no objection for withdrawal. Considering the submissions of both the sides, the respondent No.1-a [Gursangat Singh s/o Late Diwansingh Gill] is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 4,66,158/- with accrued interest.

The civil application is allowed.
