The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition to attend the police station on every Monday.

It is submitted that the applicant has attending the police station since last nine months and cooperating with the police machinery. The applicant is searching for job and he has to travel to Pune and Mumbai in search of service. The applicant has requested to relax this condition as he has to attend the police station and he cannot concentrate on his career. He is ready to cooperate if the condition to attend the police station as and when call will be imposed.

Considering the age and as he is required to move in search of job the condition at clause No.(ii) is relaxed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
