Dated : 13 th June, 2018 The petitioner was terminated on 7-2-2018 and, therefore, there was no question of petitioner jointing the place at Paradsinga, Tahsil Katol on 30-4-2018 as per the order dated 31-10-2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6954 of 2017. The complaint in this contempt petition is that as it was as per the order passed by this Court, the petitioner was required to be continued at Nand till 30-4-2018. There is no dispute about it, but the petitioner was terminated on 7-2-2018. In view of this, we do not find that a case is made out for taking cognizance for contempt.
