Notice on the application is made returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs. H.N.Prabhu waives notice on behalf of the non-applicants. Prayer is to condone the delay of 5022 days in seeking restoration of the first appeal as its registration was refused for nonremoval of Office objections. Since there is no adjudication on merits, the delay stands condoned subject to the applicant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced for the period from 09.08.2004 till 02.11.2018. Civil application is disposed of on aforesaid terms.

For reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration is revoked. The First Appeal is restored to file. The Court fees be deposited within a period of two weeks from today. Miscellaneous civil application stands disposed of.
