2] The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the son of the petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make representation before the Municipal Council. 3] The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

4] The petitioner is at liberty to prefer representation which shall be decided by the Municipal Council in accordance with law.

5] However, it is clarified that the pendency of the representation shall not be an excuse for the petitioner not to pay or to delay the payment of tax. The petition is
