Though Ms Mrunal Naik, learned A.G.P. has pointed out that the report of District Collector favours the claim of the applicants/appellants, in view of the pursis Stamp No.11199 of 2017 filed on behalf of the applicants/ appellants, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed recording that no orders are necessary on it. The applicants/ appellants undertake to pay the Court fees as per the judgment delivered in Civil Revision Application No.76 of 2016.
