The petition is absolutely misconceived.

The petitioner is challenging the order dated 17/3/2017 passed below Exhibit-57 in R.C.C. 101/10, by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Umrer.

Exhibit-57 is an application for production of certain documents, which is preferred by the State. 4.

Nothing is brought to my notice to suggest that State is aggrieved by the order passed below Exhibit-57. 5.

I am not satisfied that the petitioner has the locus to challenge the order, particularly since the State is not impleded in the present proceedings .

Criminal Writ Petition 1208/2017 is dismissed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the State, if the State desires to challenge the order impugned.
