Heard the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties.

The application is filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant/espondent submits that the time granted by this Court is going to expire on 25.11.2025 and requested further six month's time to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has no objection to the extension of time.

In view of that and considering the averments made in the application, the application is allowed, as the time is going to expire from 25.11.2025, and further six months time is extended from 25.11.2025 to conclude the arbitration proceedings.
