The learned Counsel for the rival parties jointly submitted that during pendency of the present writ petition, the parties have settled their matrimonial dispute, they are living together and they have no grievance against each other.
02] In this backdrop, Civil Application No.2058 of 2021 for withdrawal of 50,000/- deposited by the ₹ petitioner, is allowed in terms of the prayer made therein. 03] In view of the settlement of dispute between the parties, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 04] Hence, the writ petition is also disposed of as withdrawn.
