This is an application filed for seeking stay to the judgment impugned in the Family Court Appeal No. 21 of 2018. Vide order dated 22.08.2017, notices were issued and in the meantime, interim order in terms of prayer Clause (2) of the application was granted thereby staying the impugned judgment. The learned advocate appearing for the respondent states that respondent has married subsequently on 03.12.2017 after expiry of limitation.

Heard learned advocate on the point of interim relief. Since the substantive appeal challenging the impugned decision is admitted. Interim relief granted in terms of prayer Clause (2) of the application, shall continue till the final decision

Civil application is disposed of.
