Heard Shri Y.B. Mandpe, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.D. Sirpurkar, learned APP for the non-applicant/State.

From perusal of the report, it appears that complainant/victim is major, aged about 19 years. It appears that whatever incident took place was with her consent. During that time her father entered in the house. Therefore report was lodged. Hence, following order is passed:-

ORDER

[i] Criminal Application is allowed.

[ii] The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

[iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

2 910ba1068.18 [iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency during the trial.

[v] The applicant shall attend the Police Station Korpana, Dist. Chandrapur once in a week probably every Sunday in between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm.
