All these Writ Petitions are disposed of by

Order 1802wp8249.17 consent order, as under :- (1) Petitioner have agreed to participate in the process of inviting tender for leasing out the shop blocks on rent.

(2) Respondent Municipal Council has agreed to issue fresh tender notice in a newspaper having wide circulation over the area, inviting applications for leasing out the shop blocks in possession of petitioners.

(3) It is also agreed that petitioners will be informed about issuance of such notice in the newspaper, by separate communication.

(4) In view of above, the notice dated 11.12.2017, is quashed and set aside.

(5) Parties to act on the basis of the aforesaid statement and Municipal Council is at liberty to proceed further with the auction on lease hold basis, by complying with the aforesaid conditions.

No cost.
