Heard Shri S.V.Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant. He has pointed out the report. The incident is of the year 2016 and report lodged on 2018. It is a dispute between husband and wife. She has made some allegations against her husband about unnatural sex etc.

Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, learned counsel has submitted that the offences are not made out. Shri H.D.Dubey, learned APP has strongly objected the application while granting ad-interim bail. This Court has recorded detailed reasons. Hence, following order is passed:- Temporary bail granted on 27.11.2018 to the applicant on the ground of appearing in DNB examination is hereby confirmed.
